Buying Process
Our buying process is very simple.
- Browse through our website and add to your cart the products you wish to buy, by clicking in the button that says “add to cart”.
- When you are ready to buy, just click the “view cart” button. If ready, press “Proceed to checkout”, that will lead you to our log in page.
- You must create an account with us in order to complete your purchase. Once you have entered the required information, shipping charges and applicable sales taxes will be added to the total of your order.
- You must acknowledge having read and accepted these Terms and Condition, in addition to our Privacy Policy, before you complete your payment.

Shipping / Delivery Process
Shipping:
- Please allow between 15 to 30 working days for shipping. It could be less time. It depends on the weight and size of the items purchased.
- We take longer time to provide our customers a less expensive shipping.
- If you’re resident of Puerto Rico additional taxes may apply to your order.
- Free shipping offers are only available for Continental US and are not available for Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.
- Puerto Rico residents can save shipping costs by selecting at checkout “pick up in store”. When this is selected, the customer most go to our store in Hatillo, PR to get it’s order.

Returns
Please follow these steps:
If you received wrong, broken or defective merchandise you should report it within the next five days of receiving the order, through our return process:
1. Contact us through email: hogares.erullan@gmail.com or call us (787) 880-2220 during the next five days after you received the purchase. If it’s via e-mail, please include a picture of your damaged item.
2. Hogar es… will send you by email or fax the Return Form with the appropriate address that you will return the merchandise.
3. The merchandise must be received in good condition, with tags and original packaging. The customer will pay the shipping and processing fees related to the return (via UPS or FedEx). We do not refund for shipping and handling charges.
4. Please include with the Return Form the original sales receipt.
